Ordering Schedule
Doughgirl Bakes currently operates on a preorder system to ensure freshness, quality, and proper preparation time.
Weekly Order Window
Orders are accepted:
Monday through Wednesday at 8:00 PM EST
Pickup & Delivery Window
Orders are fulfilled:
Friday through Sunday
- Orders placed after Wednesday at 8:00 PM will automatically move to the following week’s order cycle.
Limited Availability
- All products are made in limited batches. Availability is first come, first served and certain flavors may sell out before the order window closes.
Payment Policy
- Full payment is required to confirm all orders. Orders are not considered booked until payment has been received.
Pickup Policy
- Customers are responsible for arriving during their selected pickup time window. Please bring your order confirmation at pickup.
Delivery Policy
- Delivery availability may vary based on location and schedule. Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products:
- No refunds are issued once production has begun.
- Order cancellations must be requested before the weekly preorder window closes.
- Missed pickups may not qualify for refunds or remakes.
Product Care
- Cake jars should remain refrigerated until ready to enjoy. For best taste and texture, allow jars to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before eating.
Allergy Notice
Products may contain or come into contact with:
- dairy
- eggs
- wheat
- soy
- peanuts
- tree nuts

Liability
- The bakery is not liable for any damage or injury caused by improper handling, storage, or consumption of our products after they have Benn picked up or delivered.
- In the event of a dispute, the bakery’s liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

- The bakery collects personal information only for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing a better customer experience. This information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

- The bakery reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
